** If you have 0 or 1 trophies you could abuse your title to declare yourself a winner with [Evil-only] or [Chaotic-only] choices, it unlocks [[Special Encounter (Embeth Travelers)]]. Or just let Embeth Travelers keep the reward to themselves.
* After that the [[Servant]] will explode and [[Ferocious Owlbear]] will burst out of his body. After the owlbear is defeated your envoy will engage in dialogue where you get to choose:
** (Chaotic Good) or (Chaotic Neutral) to reveal the information about disease to the populace.
** (Lawful Neutral) or (Lawful Evil) to hide the information about the disease to prevent the panic.
* The decision will have consequences for [[Unrest in the Streets]] event and minor consequence for [[Mother of Monsters]] quest.
