Most martial classes will end up taking Dazzling Display as it's one of the requirements for Shatter Defenses. Notably, Dazzling Display is one of the options to "activate" shatter defenses and it helps that it's available early in the game. It is, however far from the best option to demoralize opponents, as it takes a full-round action. Dreadful Carnage and especially Cornugon Smash are much better options as they are free actions.
Characters that attempt Dazzling Display should have high Charisma and Persuasion. Paladins, Bards and Eldritch Scions are well suited to use this feat.
