Any ally within 30 feet becomes temporarily immune to poison. Any poison in its system or any poison to which it is exposed during the spell's duration does not affect the subject until the spell's duration has expired. Delay poison does not cure any damage that poison may have already caused.

Has single target version Delay Poison that lasts longer with caster level. specifics: Does not have immunity to Poison spells, but still has immunity to Poison buffs. This means the spells itself will go through, but for most of them the effects won't harm the target. Example: Cloudkill will still spawn when cast on target, but won't cause any damage.
