The portal to the First World closed before we managed to look into it. It was as if we were uninvited guests, and the house's owner rushed to close the curtain, before we saw something we shouldn't! But who is playing these tricks? The familiar fey or some other troublemaker? In the end we learned the sad fate of Varn's fighters. Let's give him time to come to terms with what we've learned, and talk to him later back at the capital.

Walkthrough[]
- 1 day after Troubles in the Barony if you have saved Maegar Varn in Vordakai's Tomb you get Maegar Varn Requests an Audience in which you can begin this quest.
- Go to Lostlarn Keep.
- There are some oozes disguised as objects, such as the vases in front of you.
- Defeat the monsters at the final gate, encounter will vary depending what ending you got in the DLC.
- Talk with Maegar Varn.
- Explore the area to northeast to loot Longbow of Cold Moon. It is guarded by several Redcap Savage.
- Go back to Tuskdale and talk to Maegar Varn.
- On your way back you will get Special Encounter (Goblin Trader Lostlarn).
