Hit Points is a statistic in Pathfinder: Kingmaker.
Hit points(HP) represent how robust and healthy a creature is. Wounds subtract hit points, while healing (both natural and magical) restores hit points.
Hit Dice (HD)[]
Even though it is called a dice, it is not rolled in Pathfinder: Kingmaker.
A creature's hit points are determined by the HD of their class or type. Class HD is usually based on the amount of focus the class has on physical combat, with the more martial classes such as barbarian, fighter, and paladin having higher HD.
Starting Hit Points = 1 + Class HD + Constitution Modifier
Hit Points on Level Up = 2 + (Class HD)/2 + Constitution Modifier
Toughness also increases Health Points by 1 per level (if picked on level 1 or 2, it gives +3 HP in advance and then "waits" for level 4).
Hit Dice (WotR)[]
Starting Hit Points = 1 + Class HD + Constitution Modifier
Hit Points on Level Up = 1 + (Class HD)/2 + Constitution Modifier + 1 [if it's your favoured (highest-level) class]
For Animal Companions (WotR):
Starting Hit Points = 1 + 4 + Constitution Modifier
Hit Points on Level Up = [4 on even levelups, 5 on odd ones] + Constitution Modifier

Temporary Hit Points[]
Some abilities and spells grant temporary hit points that disappear after a certain duration. Attacks will normally remove temporary hit points before they remove permanent ones.

Effects[]
When a creature's hit points drop below 0, it becomes unconscious, sometimes known as disabled. When a creature's hit points reach a negative total equal to its Constitution score, it dies.
