Improved Precise Shot is a feat in Owlcat Pathfinder Games.
Effects[]
Your ranged attacks ignore anything but total concealment and cover.
Benefit: Your ranged attacks ignore the miss chance granted to targets by anything less than total concealment. Total concealment provides their normal benefits against your ranged attacks.
Notes[]
Total concealment (50%) is granted by spells such as Displacement and Greater Invisibility and can not be countered by this ability. It negates Blur (20% concealment) and potentially weather effects.
Strategy[]
Ranged attackers don't have a feat like Greater Blind Fight that would increase their chances to hit enemies with total concealment. Also they can never reroll miss chance percentile roll as Blind Fight allows for melee. At the same time, Improved Precise Shot is just one feat, while Improved Blind Fight has Blind Fight as a prerequisite.
This feat can be useful considering there's not too many enemies with total concealment in the game. On the other hand, if you want to be ready to attack any kind of enemies with concealment, you better use some arcane (Echolocation and True Seeing) or divine magic (Faerie Fire) and ignore this feat.
