The northern half of the Narlmarches is the least dangerous part of this inhospitable region. The woods here are not yet as thick as they are to the south, the bogs not as deep, and the monsters not as hungry. Still, it's no place for a casual stroll. Many wayfarers have found their travels ended forever here, not even reaching the harsher areas.
