Additionally, the abjuration protects from attempts to dominate or charm the subject.

+2 deflection AC vs creatures of selected alignment. +2 resistance Saving throws vs creatures of selected alignment. Gives immunity to the following spells cast by selected alignment: Dominate Person, Dominate, Dominate Monster, Charming Smile, Charm Whatever, Dominate Animal, Dominate Monster (Succubus), Dominate Person (Kitsune). Gives immunity to the following buff applied by selected alignment: Domination. This is Paladin special spell, the general spell of other classes is Protection from Alignment, Communal. The buff from this spell lasts only for 1 minute, see Protection from Chaos/Evil for single-target spell that lasts longer. The bonuses are easily outdone by equipment and other spells, but the Dominate spell immunity can still stay relevant. specifics: Does not have the spell and buff immunity against Dominate type spells. This spell gets quickly outclassed by Shield of Faith, Ring of Protection and Cloak of Resistance.
