Vordakai's Tomb is a location in Pathfinder: Kingmaker.
Notes[]
- Up to 3 Ferocious Soul Eater (Vordakai's Tomb) will be encountered if the raven was provided with names of party members. Fighting them gives no XP and they have no loot.
- One for the main character if your name was revealed before entering the Tomb.
- One randomly for Jubilost, Octavia, Regongar, Ekundayo, Jaethal, Valerie or a character of your choice. If you don't have any of these six characters in the group you can skip giving away the name.
- One randomly for Nok-Nok, Amiri, Linzi, Tristian, Harrim or a character of your choice. If you don't have any of these five characters in the group you can skip giving away the name.
- If you have Kanerah/Kalikke in your group, then you can give "Kaessi" name each time, the related soul eater would be unable to find it's target and disappear.
- On the lower level, at the statue past the collapsed passageway, it is possible to obtain both rewards (the Daemonic Blessing plus the two cabochon rubies) by exploiting the UI. Open the statue head container and pause the game. Click on the 'Sprinkle with Blood' interaction, press Spacebar to unpause the game, then a split-second later click on 'Collect All' to pick up the rubies and trigger the daemon fight. This requires very quick timing of clicking and may take several reloads until you make it right. It is doable on console, although it might be trickier.[1]
- Make sure to bring Tristian with you. The ideal outcome is for Tristian to destroy the Oculus of Abaddon immediately after stealing it. Otherwise, it complicates matters with respect to the location of the Briar (if romancing Nyrissa). The Oculus can only be obtained intact by doing Betrayer's Flight first in the next chapter and then slaying Tristian.
- To ensure Tristian smashes the Oculus, you need to provide him with two Good responses while exploring the Tomb. A conversation with Tristian will start in whichever purple-lit room you enter first. Select the Neutral Good dialogue option. On the lower level, past the collapsed passageway, you can do whatever you like, including giving an Evil response and obtaining the Daemonic Blessing. When you approach the door leading to the water elementals, Tristian will strike up another conversation if he received a prior Good reply. Again, select the Neutral Good option. Now, when he steals the eye, you can tell him to fight the evil temptations, resulting in him breaking it.
